It brings together some fifteen participants from the UK, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Finland, Denmark, Italy and the Joint Research Centre and is organised by VITO*. For some twenty years, Ineris has acted as the French liaison body for the Ministry of Ecological Transition (Air Quality Unit). It is now co-chairing the group.
